Earn money with cannabis? Experience, CannaZen, Affiliate, Affiliate program
Educating people about medicinal cannabis is more than just an issue for many – it is a real mission. Tens of thousands of patients still resort to the black market, even though safe and legal alternatives have long been available. Particularly in large cities such as Berlin and Munich, but also in rural areas, many people lack access to reliable information or simply the right medical contact point. This is precisely where telemedicine comes in – as a modern solution to modern problems.
No appointments, no waiting: telemedicine as a solution
With CannaZen, the path to a prescription is straightforward: no searching for a doctor, no long waiting times, no commuting, no stress with pharmacies or orders. Everything runs digitally – from consultation to delivery by our partner pharmacies. But we are not alone:
Numerous portals and platforms help us to reach even more people affected.
Insight into the collaboration with an anonymous CannaZen partner
Today we spoke to one of our partners – a portal that wishes to remain anonymous but has been publishing high-quality information about cannabis for years. They are part of our affiliate program and are helping to make patients across Germany aware of legal and safe alternatives to the black market.
Zen: Thank you very much for taking the time!
Zen Partner: Yes of course, anytime!
How long have we actually been working together?
Zen Partner: We’ve been at it for about six months now – and hopefully it will stay that way for a long time. The collaboration is going really well.
Please introduce yourselves briefly – without giving your name, of course.
Zen Partner: Our portal focuses on cannabis strains. We provide background information on THC and CBD content, terpene profiles, effects, taste and aroma. But there is also plenty of medical content: we explain how to get a cannabis prescription, what to look out for at the cannabis doctor and which pharmacies are suitable. When we heard about you and your online prescription service, it was immediately clear to us that we had to get involved!
“When we heard about you and Cannabis-Rezept online, it was immediately clear to us that we had to get involved!”
What was your most successful month?
Zen Partner: It’s actually growing steadily every month. The topic is becoming more and more mainstream. However, many people are still unaware that medical cannabis can be legally prescribed online – and that’s exactly where we come in with our education.
Zen, quick question: Did you know that four times as many prescriptions are issued via telemedicine in France as in Germany?
Zen Partner: Really? That’s impressive! That shows how much potential there still is in this topic – we are still at the very beginning in Germany. That’s why it’s important that we work together to raise awareness and make opportunities visible.
“France shows what is possible – there is still a lot of room for improvement in Germany.”
What content works particularly well?
Zen Partner: Clearly: information about the strains themselves. Which strains are available, how do they work, what do they taste like – these are questions that concern our readers. In addition, of course, everything on the topic: “How do I get a prescription for medicinal cannabis – preferably online?”
How many clicks or redirects do you achieve per month?
Zen Partner: We don’t want to give exact figures at this point, but there are definitely many hundreds – and the trend is rising. We realize that our content creates trust and that users are ready to take the next step.
Affiliate partnership with added value
The collaboration between CannaZen and content partners is based on transparency, fair remuneration and long-term trust. But is the model worthwhile for publishers and portals?

Are you satisfied with turnover and payout?
Zen Partner: Definitely. Of course, it’s a lot of work to provide readers with medically correct and understandable information. But the commissions from the partnership now generate four-figure income per month – this helps enormously to further develop and expand our portal. This allows us to reach even more people with well-researched content.
“Four-digit amounts per month – this helps us to further develop our portal.”
What do you think of our partner area?
Zen Partner: Great! Everything is clearly structured, there are filters for time periods, good traffic analyses and regular new information for us – e.g. about studies, new medical findings or new products. This also helps us enormously with content planning.
Regulation & politics: A step backwards with CDU plans?
The political situation surrounding medicinal cannabis remains tense. In particular, the CDU’s new draft bill is causing uncertainty, as, among other things, mail-order sales via pharmacies are to be restricted and the initial consultation with a doctor is to become mandatory.
What do you think of these possible restrictions?
Zen Partner: Of course, we’ve already heard about this – and to be honest, we find it alarming. If patients have to go through the whole appointment marathon again in future, that would be a real step backwards. Digital treatment not only saves time, but also reduces the hurdles for sick people enormously. It would be a shame if this were to be reversed by political decisions.
“A step backwards for patients – we hope that this will not happen.”
Looking ahead: What are you planning next?
Zen Partner: We are currently working on a new section on our website: We want to publish video interviews with real patients there in the future – anonymously, of course. We are also planning an interactive map that shows where digital care is already working. The aim is to create even more transparency and access – for anyone who wants information or treatment.
Working together for better care
The conversation shows: When medical information, digital solutions and personal motivation come together, real added value is created for patients. Thanks to committed partners such as this anonymous portal, CannaZen’s reach is growing – and with it the opportunity to give more people legal access to medicinal cannabis.
