Who is Ed Rosenthal?

Legal, illegal – doesn’t matter?

In 2002, Ed Rosenthal was arrested for growing cannabis on behalf of the city of Oakland to supply patients with medical needs. Although he was acting in accordance with local laws, he was convicted at federal level. The verdict caused a worldwide sensation.
