Fun fact enough to write a blog post about – as of today you know it, because Cannabis Holiday! The 420 Cannabis Holiday is the biggest event worldwide for all cannabis fans. What does 420 mean?

The number 420 is a symbol of cannabis culture!
Its origin: a group of schoolchildren in California (“The Waldos”) met every day at 4:20 pm to smoke pot. From there, the code spread through the music scene – especially through the band Grateful Dead (source: Wikipedia).

German time: 16:20 = USA time: 4:20 PM
At the same time, the date plays a role, also here briefly for understanding:
In Germany: 20.4 (i.e. April 20) = USA 4/20 (i.e. April/20)
Today, 420 is known worldwide as a synonym for cannabis.

On April 20, cannabis culture is celebrated in many countries.
