A cultivation club (also known as a cannabis social club, or CSC for short) consists of adult members who grow cannabis exclusively for private consumption. The clubs are not allowed to work commercially, advertise or produce edibles. Resale or distribution to non-members is also strictly prohibited. Consumption itself is only permitted in private – neither on the club’s premises nor in public, especially not in the vicinity of schools, daycare centers or playgrounds.

How much am I allowed to draw in the club?

As a member, you may purchase a maximum of 50 grams of cannabis per month. If you want to buy cannabis at the age of 18, a maximum THC content of 10% applies up to the age of 21, with a maximum of 30 grams. Older members have no legal THC limit, but the quantity remains the same.
